In partnership with our importers, Onyx Coffee, we introduce you to Coffee Blossom Honey. Found in our Iced Shaken Americano at the SRRC Cafe, this honey is processed on coffee farms in Guatemala. Adding to the farmer's income and available crops throughout the year. 

A quick favorite at the Roasting Co., we recommend adding some to your morning cup of Ella coffee or over some peanut butter toast. 

Crystalization: Three things make honey more likely to crystallize: Temperature below 50ºF (10ºC) | The ratio of glucose and fructose in the honey | Pollen content

To turn your Coffee Blossom Honey back into a smooth liquid put your honey in a vessel of warm water and allow it to slowly liquify. 

NOTE: Raw honey is not suitable for infants.
