Snake River Roasting Co. delivers a distinct assortment of coffees roasted in the classic Northern Italian style. Our coffees are lighter, delicate, complex, and composed. The highest quality Arabica green beans available are roasted to a precise point to draw forth the maximum naturally available character of each bean. This precise process delivers to your taste buds the full palate potential and individual nuances of the beans.

DEADMAN'S BAR ESPRESSO BLEND
The perfect place to "put in" your day, work or play. Rosebud, a proprietary espresso blend, combines a base of washed Columbian, natural Brazil, and natural Ethiopia. Kenya Fairview Estate is then added to the mix resulting in a signature blend full of sharp flavors and a viscous mouth feel with a pronounced edgy yet sweet finish.

A semi-sweet dark coffee with big body and a bit of nuttiness. It is roasted a bit darker to capitalize on the dark fruit and chocolate subtleties. This is a great all round coffee from one of the worlds great coffee regions.

BRAZIL DATERRA CERTIFIED RAINFOREST ALLIANCE
This responsibly grown and marketed coffee is medium bodied, slightly sweet with nutty nuances. There’s a bit of a wine zing, light cocoa, combined with low acidity rounding out this delicious varietal.

Grown above 4,600 ft. this is a community effort that has yielded some of the finest coffee anywhere. Hand picked from only the best trees, this coffee produces a smoky and complex taste with balanced acidity and hints of citrus.

Medium Roast

PERU APARM FAIRLY TRADED ORGANIC
Located in the Amazon region of Northeast Peru APARM is a coffee cooperative of around 300 family farms planted with Typica and Bourbon species. The coffee is both floral and fruity with light acidity. Not a huge coffee - more delicate in its presentation, finishing slightly dry.

SUMATRA FAIRLY TRADED ORGANIC
From Indonesia this coffee is deep, dark and earthy similar to the soil that sprout these rich beans. Exhibiting hints of fruit, citrus and chocolate that develop a full-bodied flavor with medium acidity. For the best experience, we’ve roasted this one a little to the dark side.
